Last updated: 18 August 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Dreamexch24 ("we", "our", "us"). By registering or placing a bet you accept them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using dreamexchs24.com means you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our responsible gaming rules. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to bet in your location. It is your responsibility to know the gambling laws that apply where you live, as they vary across Indian states. We may refuse or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You may hold one account and must give accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• We may ask you to verify your identity before deposits, withdrawals, or continued use.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits can be made through UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm, and other supported methods. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. We may apply limits and checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. Processing times depend on your bank and verification status.

5. Bets & settlement

• A bet is confirmed once it is matched and shown as accepted in your account.
• Markets settle according to the official result of the relevant event.
• If an event is abandoned, void, or subject to an obvious pricing error, we may void affected bets and return stakes.
• We reserve the right to correct clear mistakes in odds, settlement, or account balances.

6. Fair use

You agree not to use bots, collude with other users, exploit errors, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of our markets. Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, or abuse may be suspended and any related winnings withheld.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages or third-party payment delays. Betting carries financial risk and you may lose your stake.

8. Suspension & closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, presents a security or fraud risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of open bets and any verification we need to complete.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled in good faith, and where it cannot be resolved informally, by the appropriate courts. Nothing here removes rights you may have under mandatory local law.
